Eggs Benedict


  • 8 oz. GalbaniĀ® Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 english muffins, toasted
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 poached eggs
  • fresh chives
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  • Butter the muffins, top with the fresh basil, add some GalbaniĀ® Fresh Mozzarella slices and a slice of tomato.
  • Add the poached egg.
  • Drizzle with hollandaise, add some chives, add salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
