Preheat oven to 450°F.
Using a greased 12-inch pizza pan, spread out the pizza dough and let rest for 30 minutes at room temperature. Once it is rested, press down lightly to remove any air from under the dough. Then completely cover the dough with a thin layer of olive oil, and season with garlic powder, pepper, and rosemary.
Place slices of fresh mozzarella and peaches on the dough. Bake for about 12-14 minutes until golden brown and cheese has melted.
Remove pizza from oven, let cool for 2-3 minutes. Cut the pizza into 6-8 slices. Roll the prosciutto into florets and place on each slice of pizza. Toss arugula in remaining olive oil and place in the center of the pie. Add shredded Parmesan, then drizzle with the hot honey and serve.
Chef Tip: Do not be afraid to try fresh peaches when in season, other fruits, herbs and vegetable combinations on your artisan pizza creations.
