Directions
Using a stand mixer or blender, cream the Galbani® mascarpone with eggs and sugar until smooth.
Warm the dark chocolate in a metal or glass bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring occasionally until fully melted.
Add the dark chocolate to the mascarpone cream mixture and mix on high until the volume in the bowl has increased by half.
Using a pastry bag or with a spoon, fill individual serving cups with chocolate mousse and keep refrigerated until served.
Serve with cookies and fruits like raspberries or strawberries.
