Cheese and Meat Roll-Ups
These cheese and meat roll-ups are a quick and easy appetizer made with layers of deli meats, fresh vegetables, and Galbani® Mozzarella cheese. Lightly baked until warm and melty, they deliver a creamy, savory bite perfect for entertaining or everyday snacking. This recipe can be made with Galbani® Lactose Free Mozzarella for a lactose-free option.

12 oz. Galbani® Mozzarella, sliced

12 flour tortillas

Assortment of Deli meats (Ham, Turkey, Roast beef)

2 tomatoes, thinly sliced

1 Romaine Lettuce heart
-
1 jar of sliced banana peppers
-
1 jar of roasted red peppers, cut into strips

Salt & Pepper, to taste

Italian dressing, to taste
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Lay out tortilla, placing a slice of cheese on each
Add 2 slices of deli meat, salt & pepper
Next add your favorite combination of veggies:
- One lettuce leaf
- One tomato slice
- Peppers
Roll the tortilla as tight as possible and secure with tooth-pics
Cut ends off of each roll and place in 9×12 casserole dish.
Repeat with remaining tortillas, meats & toppings until dish is filled
Drizzle rollups with Italian Dressing and bake for 10-12 min or until cheese is melted
Remove toothpicks, leave whole or cut into 1 inch finger sandwiches.
Serve warm
