Zesty Onion High Protein Whipped Ricotta Dip


Ingredients
  • 2 cups Galbani® low fat ricotta, 50% More Protein than Galbani ricotta made with whole milk (6g vs 4g)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus more for serving
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt, plus more for serving
  • ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • ½ lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 Tbsp each minced fresh dill, basil and chives, plus more for serving
  • Assorted cut vegetables such as carrot, cucumbers, sugar snap peas

Directions

In a food processor, combine ricotta cheese, garlic, onion powder, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon zest and juice. Process until smooth and whipped in texture.

Add minced herbs and blend briefly just to incorporate.

Spoon out into a serving bowl and smooth with the back of a spoon. Drizzle with additional olive oil, sprinkle with fresh herbs and a bit of flakey sea salt. Serve with assorted crudités.
