Pizza Dip

1 cup Galbani® Ricotta

1 cup Galbani® Mozzarella, shredded

32 oz. jar marinara sauce

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

2 cloves garlic, minced

¾ cup pepperoni, roughly chopped

Extra virgin olive oil, for garnish

Fresh basil, for garnish

1 small loaf seeded Italian bread, sliced or breadsticks
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic to a medium sized cast iron skillet or 8 inch casserole dish. Stir to combine.
Dollop the ricotta over the sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella and pepperoni on top.
Transfer the skillet or casserole dish to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. If desired, broil the pizza dip for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is golden.
Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and sprigs of fresh basil. Serve warm with bread or breadsticks.
For a spicier option add ½ tsp. red pepper flakes to the marinara sauce
