Peach & Honey Ricotta Toast
Ingredients

½ cup Galbani® Ricotta

1 loaf artisan bakery style bread, seeded and cut into ½ inch slices

1 fresh peach, sliced

1 Tbsp. honey

2 Tbsp. walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
Directions
Toast 2 slices of bread.
Spread ¼ cup ricotta cheese on each slice of toast.
Lay three slices of peaches on top of ricotta cheese.
Drizzle toast with 1 tablespoon honey each.
Sprinkle walnuts all over toast.
