Cannoli Bites


  • 28 to 32 oz. GalbaniĀ® Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 30 mini phyllo shells or 18 cannoli shells
  • 8oz. semi-sweet mini chocolate chips


  • Mix cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
  • Using a spoon or pastry bag, fill the shells with cheese mixture.
  • Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top and serve immediately so that the shells stay crispy.
