Cinnamon Berry Ricotta Toast

1 cup Galbani® Ricotta Cheese

1 loaf of Italian bread, cut 4 thick slices

¼ stick butter
-
(1) - 12 oz. can whipped cream cheese frosting

¼ cup honey
-
1 tsp. cinnamon powder

Fresh mixed berries
Butter the bread slices and toast in an oven or toaster-oven until crispy.
While still warm, spread on a thin layer of the sweet whipped cream cheese frosting. Then spread on a thick fluffy layer of ricotta cheese.
Finish toasts with a drizzle with honey, sprinkle of cinnamon and top with fresh berries.
