8 oz. Galbani® Fresh Mozzarella (Ciliegine), cut in half

12 oz. mix of cherry tomatoes, grape tomatoes, and heirloom tomatoes, cut in half

1 cup kale

Dressing:

4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

1 Tbsp. aged balsamic

1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Mix dressing in a large bowl.
Add ingredients and toss the salad.
Serve cold.
