Ricotta Toasts


Ingredients
  • Avocado Ricotta Toast
  • ½ cup Galbani® Ricotta
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • Chocolate & Granola Ricotta Toast
  • ½ cup Galbani® Ricotta
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp toasted chopped walnuts
  • Smoked Salmon Ricotta Toast
  • ½ cup Galbani® Ricotta
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 4 sliced smoked salmon
  • ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • Few sprigs fresh dill
  • 1 Tbsp capers
  • Strawberry Hazelnut Ricotta Toast
  • ½ cup Galbani® Ricotta
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • ¼ cup hazelnut spread
  • 2 strawberries, sliced
  • Prosciutto Ricotta Toast
  • ½ cup Galbani® Ricotta
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
  • Fresh cracked pepper, to garnish
  • Peach & Honey Ricotta Toast
  • ½ cup Galbani® Ricotta
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 fresh peach, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped

Directions

Avocado Ricotta Toast:

  • Toast bread.
  • Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the toast.
  • Top toasts with avocado slices.
  • Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.

Chocolate & Granola Ricotta Toast:

  • Toast bread.
  • Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the toast.
  • Sprinkle evenly with granola, chocolate chips and walnuts.

Smoked Salmon Ricotta Toast:

  • Toast bread.
  • Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the toast.
  • Place 2 slices of smoked salmon on each toast.
  • Layer on slices of red onion, and garnish with dill and capers.

Strawberry Hazelnut Ricotta Toast:

  • Toast bread.
  • Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the toast.
  • Dollop two tablespoons of hazelnut spread on top of each.
  • Finish with sliced strawberries.

Tomato & Prosciutto Toast:

  • Toast bread.
  • Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the toast.
  • Layer 2 slices of prosciutto on top of each, followed by cherry tomatoes and a few basil leaves.
  • Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and freshly cracked pepper.

 

Peach & Honey Ricotta Toast:

  • Toast 2 slices of bread.
  • Spread ¼ cup ricotta cheese on each slice of toast.
  • Lay three slices of peaches on top of ricotta cheese.
  • Drizzle toast with 1 tablespoon honey each.
  • Sprinkle walnuts all over toast.
