½ cup Galbani® Ricotta

2 slices whole grain bread

4 sliced smoked salmon
-
¼ small red onion, thinly sliced

Few sprigs fresh dill

1 Tbsp capers

Strawberry Hazelnut Ricotta Toast
-
½ cup Galbani® Ricotta
-
2 slices whole grain bread
-
¼ cup hazelnut spread
-
2 strawberries, sliced

Prosciutto Ricotta Toast
-
½ cup Galbani® Ricotta
-
2 slices whole grain bread
-
4 slices prosciutto
-
4 cherry tomatoes, cut in half

Fresh basil leaves
-
Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle

Fresh cracked pepper, to garnish

Peach & Honey Ricotta Toast
-
½ cup Galbani® Ricotta
-
2 slices whole grain bread
-
1 fresh peach, sliced
-
1 Tbsp. honey
-
2 Tbsp. walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
Directions
Avocado Ricotta Toast:
- Toast bread.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the toast.
- Top toasts with avocado slices.
- Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Chocolate & Granola Ricotta Toast:
- Toast bread.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the toast.
- Sprinkle evenly with granola, chocolate chips and walnuts.
Smoked Salmon Ricotta Toast:
- Toast bread.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the toast.
- Place 2 slices of smoked salmon on each toast.
- Layer on slices of red onion, and garnish with dill and capers.
Strawberry Hazelnut Ricotta Toast:
- Toast bread.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the toast.
- Dollop two tablespoons of hazelnut spread on top of each.
- Finish with sliced strawberries.
Tomato & Prosciutto Toast:
- Toast bread.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the toast.
- Layer 2 slices of prosciutto on top of each, followed by cherry tomatoes and a few basil leaves.
- Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and freshly cracked pepper.
Peach & Honey Ricotta Toast:
- Toast 2 slices of bread.
- Spread ¼ cup ricotta cheese on each slice of toast.
- Lay three slices of peaches on top of ricotta cheese.
- Drizzle toast with 1 tablespoon honey each.
- Sprinkle walnuts all over toast.
