Italian Nachos

These Italian nachos combine Galbani® Whole Milk Mozzarella with tortilla chips, Italian sausage, peppers, and onions for an Italian-inspired twist on a classic appetizer. The sausage, peppers, and onions are sautéed before being layered over the chips and topped with melted mozzarella. Served hot from the oven, they make a great addition to party spreads or game day snacking.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 5-7 minutes until cheese is bubbly brown.

Tips
  • For the best nachos have everything bite sized. Ensure that the sliced peppers, onions, and chunks of sausage are small enough to fit on the chip; nobody wants all their toppings to fall all over the place.
