Cucumber Spiders
Make Halloween snacking extra fun with these Cucumber Spiders. Galbani Whole Milk String Cheese

English cucumbers, washed

whipped cream cheese

black beans, drained and rinsed

marinara sauce, for dipping
Trim both ends of the cucumber prior to cutting into 1 inch pieces. Hollow out the inside of the cucumber with a small spoon, making sure to leave the walls intact.
Cut the string cheese into thirds prior to creating 8 pieces of cheese for the spider legs.
Fill the hollowed cucumber pieces with cream cheese. Arrange four pieces of string cheese together, and gently slide into one side of the cucumber. Repeat this process for the other side then fan the cheese pieces outward creating 8 spider legs.
Place two black beans on the cucumber piece creating eyes. Arrange the spiders on a serving platter and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
