Cut each Galbani® Fresh Mozzarella Ball into 3 sections, leaving the rounded side for the top “bun.”
Halve the avocado, remove the pit and slice halves into slices.
Pour sesame seeds onto a small plate. Lightly press the rounded section of Fresh Mozzarella into the sesame seeds to create a “bun.”
Place a section of Fresh Mozzarella on a plate. Layer fresh basil and tomato, followed by the second section of Fresh Mozzarella, basil leaf and avocado slices. Place the Fresh Mozzarella “bun” on top.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the slider or use as a dip.
