Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut Galbani Asiago Cheese slices into quarter squares.
Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Make sure to leave space between squares.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, watching constantly.
Remove early for a chewier chip. Bake longer for a crispier chip.
