Fresh & Toasty Turkey Panini
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Galbani® Sliced Fresh Mozzarella
- Focaccia, cut in half length wise
- 2 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsp. fig jam/spread
- 10-12 slices smoked turkey
- 1 heaping cup baby arugula
Directions
- Set the oven temperature to 400 degrees, and line a large baking sheet.
- In a small mixing bowl add mustard and mayonnaise. Mix until well combined. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on one side of the halved focaccia.
- Layer this side of the focaccia with turkey followed by the fresh mozzarella slices.
- Spread the fig jam on the second half of the focaccia.
- Place in the oven for eight to ten minutes or until the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and add the arugula on the side with the melted cheese.
- Top with the second half of focaccia, cut the sandwich in quarters and serve.
