Fresh & Toasty Turkey Panini

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Galbani® Sliced Fresh Mozzarella
  • Focaccia, cut in half length wise
  • 2 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp. fig jam/spread
  • 10-12 slices smoked turkey
  • 1 heaping cup baby arugula

Directions

  • Set the oven temperature to 400 degrees, and line a large baking sheet.
  • In a small mixing bowl add mustard and mayonnaise. Mix until well combined. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on one side of the halved focaccia.
  • Layer this side of the focaccia with turkey followed by the fresh mozzarella slices.
  • Spread the fig jam on the second half of the focaccia.
  • Place in the oven for eight to ten minutes or until the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and add the arugula on the side with the melted cheese.
  • Top with the second half of focaccia, cut the sandwich in quarters and serve.
