Avocado Ricotta Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- ½ cup Galbani whole milk ricotta
- ½ avocado, sliced
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Directions
- Toast bread.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the toast.
- Top toasts with avocado slices.
- Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Chocolate & Granola Ricotta Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- ½ cup Galbani whole milk ricotta
- ¼ cup granola
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp toasted chopped walnuts
Directions
- Toast bread.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the toast.
- Sprinkle evenly with granola, chocolate chips and walnuts.
Smoked Salmon Ricotta Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- ½ cup Galbani whole milk ricotta
- 4 sliced smoked salmon
- ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
- Few sprigs fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp capers
Directions
- Toast bread.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the toast.
- Place 2 slices of smoked salmon on each toast.
- Layer on slices of red onion, and garnish with dill and capers.
Tomato & Prosciutto Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- ½ cup Galbani whole milk ricotta
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 4 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- Fresh basil leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
- Fresh cracked pepper, to garnish
Directions
- Toast bread.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the toast.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the toast.
Layer 2 slices of prosciutto on top of each, followed by cherry tomatoes and a few basil leaves.
- Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and freshly cracked pepper.
Strawberry Hazelnut Ricotta Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- ½ cup Galbani® whole milk ricotta
- ¼ cup hazelnut spread
- 2 strawberries, sliced
Directions
- Toast bread.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly over the toast.
- Dollop two tablespoons of hazelnut spread on top of each.
- Finish with sliced strawberries.
