Peach & Honey Ricotta Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Artisan bakery style bread, seeded and cut into ½ inch slices
  • ½ cup Galbani whole milk ricotta
  • 1 fresh peach, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped

Directions

  • Toast 2 slices of bread.
  • Spread ¼ cup ricotta cheese on each slice of toast.
  • Lay three slices of peaches on top of ricotta cheese.
  • Drizzle toast with 1 tablespoon honey each.
  • Sprinkle walnuts all over toast.
