Peach & Honey Ricotta Toast
- 1 loaf Artisan bakery style bread, seeded and cut into ½ inch slices
- ½ cup Galbani whole milk ricotta
- 1 fresh peach, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
- Toast 2 slices of bread.
- Spread ¼ cup ricotta cheese on each slice of toast.
- Lay three slices of peaches on top of ricotta cheese.
- Drizzle toast with 1 tablespoon honey each.
- Sprinkle walnuts all over toast.
