Grilled Ricotta Dessert Pizza
- 1 14-16 in fully baked pizza crust, finished on grill
- 2 cups Galbani whole milk ricotta
- 4 cups of assorted berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- Few sprigs fresh thyme, leaves removed
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
- Spread ricotta evenly over the grilled pizza crust.
- Sprinkle with assorted berries .
- Garnish with fresh mint and thyme leaves.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into slices.
