Grilled Ricotta Dessert Pizza


  • 1 14-16 in fully baked pizza crust, finished on grill
  • 2 cups Galbani whole milk ricotta
  • 4 cups of assorted berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • Few sprigs fresh thyme, leaves removed
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting


  • Spread ricotta evenly over the grilled pizza crust.
  • Sprinkle with assorted berries .
  • Garnish with fresh mint and thyme leaves.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into slices.
