Colazione Breakfast Pizza


  • 4 oz. GalbaniĀ® Mozzarella, shredded
  • olive oil
  • 1 small potato, thinly sliced
  • 3 bacon
  • NaanĀ flatbread or pita
  • hard boiled egg, sliced
  • 2 fresh basil, thinly sliced


  • Heat oil in frying pan, and cook potatoes until soft.
  • Remove from pan and set aside.
  • Brown bacon in pan, then remove and dice.
  • Wipe naan bread with oil from pan.
  • Layer potatoes, bacon, hard-boiled egg and cheese on naan bread to assemble pizza.
  • Place pizza in a grill pan and cook on low to medium heat, or bake on a cookie sheet at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh basil, cut and serve.
