Caprese Salad


  • 16 oz. GalbaniĀ® Fresh Mozzarella Log, thinly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, 1 inch sliced
  • 1 cup basil leaves, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  • Layer fresh mozzarella and tomato slices on plate.
  • Garnish each slice with a basil leaf.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
