Unstuffed Hot Pepper Crostini

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Galbani® Mozzarella Fresca™ Log, shredded
  • 8 oz. Galbani® Ricotta
  • 3 Tbsp. Galbani® Parmesan, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
  • 20 slices baguette bread
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cups jarred sliced hot peppers, drained

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  • Mix ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, and parmesan cheese together in bowl. Set aside.
  • Place baguette slices on baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
  • Spread 1 tsp. Ricotta mixture on baguettes.
  • Add 3 slices hot pepper on each, top with shredded Fresh Mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes and serve hot.
