Fresh Mozzarella Heirloom Tomato Salad
- 8 oz. Galbani® Fresh Mozzarella (Ciliengini), cut in half
- 12 oz. mix of cherry tomatoes, grape tomatoes, and heirloom tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 cup kale
- 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. aged balsamic
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Mix dressing in a large bowl.
- Add ingredients and toss the salad.
- Serve cold.
