Fresh Italian Summer Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Galbani® Mozzarella Fresca™ Ball, diced
  • 12 oz. tri-color rotini pasta
  • 1 cup fresh zucchini, sliced & quartered
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 medium red onion, minced
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, minced
  • 1/2 bottle Italian salad dressing, add more to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Cook pasta according to directions on package.
  • Drain and cool the pasta, add all prepared ingredients and dressing.
  • Mix well and put in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.
