Fresh Italian Summer Pasta Salad
- 8 oz. Galbani® Mozzarella Fresca™ Ciliegine, diced
- 12 oz. tri-color rotini pasta
- 1 cup fresh zucchini, sliced & quartered
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 medium red onion, minced
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, minced
- 1/2 bottle Italian salad dressing, add more to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cook pasta according to directions on package.
- Drain and cool the pasta, add all prepared ingredients and dressing.
- Mix well and put in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.
