Colazione Breakfast Pizza
- 4 oz. Galbani® Mozzarella, shredded
- Olive oil
- 1 small potato, thinly sliced
- 3 bacon
- Naan flatbread or pita
- Hard boiled egg, sliced
- 2 fresh basil, thinly sliced
- Heat oil in frying pan, and cook potatoes until soft.
- Remove from pan and set aside.
- Brown bacon in pan, then remove and dice.
- Wipe naan bread with oil from pan.
- Layer potatoes, bacon, hard-boiled egg and cheese on naan bread to assemble pizza.
- Place pizza in a grill pan and cook on low to medium heat.
- Or, bake on a cookie sheet at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh basil, cut and serve.
