- 2- 8oz. Galbani® Fresh Mozzarella Balls
- 2 tsp. black sesame seeds
- 1 ripe avocado
- 4 fresh basil leaves
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1 oz. balsamic glaze
- Cut each Galbani® Fresh Mozzarella Ball into 3 sections, leaving the rounded side for the top “bun.”
- Halve the avocado, remove the pit and slice halves into slices.
- Pour sesame seeds onto a small plate. Lightly press the rounded section of Fresh Mozzarella into the sesame seeds to create a “bun.”
- Place a section of Fresh Mozzarella on a plate. Layer fresh basil and tomato, followed by the second section of Fresh Mozzarella, basil leaf and avocado slices. Place the Fresh Mozzarella “bun” on top.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the slider or use as a dip.
